Myofascial Release is an effective hands-on technique that involves applying sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Myofascial release is an alternative medicine therapy useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.

Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork based on concepts in traditional Chinese medicine. Shiatsu derives from a Japanese modality called anma.

The manual manipulation of Shiatsu is comprised of kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping and stretching.
